FYI: I called AT&T Wireless about upgrading the firmware on the T68i. They sent me to SonyEricsson. SonyEricsson charges $35.50 if you supply your own packaging, $42.50 postage prepaid (for US customers). I'm unsure if i should spend the money, as I do not know if the firmware upgrade is even WORTH the price, PLUS the 1-week turnaround time. For what it's worth, My firmware version is R3A023 and the most recent for the T68i is R6A012.
To find your firmware, from the phone's main screen, use the joystick/asterisk combo: >*<<*<* then select "Service Info" then select "SW information". The first line contains your firmware version.
Does anybody know what improvements are made? Feedback appreciated.

I'm not sure what the differences are, but I had a T68ie (Has Chinese and English) sent in to get flashed. When I got it back, they flashed it to a T68i (Without Chinese)
If you don't have anything wrong with your phone I suggest you just keep it.

Who flashed it for free, and what new features were installed, out of curiosity?

GSMDude: I guess since it's Sony they won't fix their error for free and even if they do they probably would screw it up anyway, right?
