Hey does any1 know how to replace the faceplate on the s105. i'm not sure if it just snaps off or is there any screws.

No, you can't replace the faceplate at all.

When you open the phone, there are 4 round circles in the four corners around the screen. These are the covers that hide the screws. With a small flathead screwdriver, pry them out and this exposes the screws. Removing and replacing the faceplate should be easy after they are out. Be carefull prying the screw covers off. The surrounding area is made of a softer plasic/metal that scratches easily. Changing the keypads is a bit more involved.
