The S700 model is equipped with a 1.3 megapixel (1280x960) camera, and is today the highest resolution found in phone models for the European market. A 8x digital zoom is added The camera is activated when you open the camera lens shutter and the display acts as a view-finder. Furthermore, the S700 has a flash, a feature missed in previous models.
If more memory is needed, you can add a Sony MemoryStick Duo expansion card which is the same extra storage type used in P800 and P900.
Mophun game engine know from T310, T610, T300 etc. is exchanged with the Mascot Capsule 3D gaming engine from Hi Corp.
Sony Ericsson S700 features:
137g
GSM 900/1800/1900 MHz
GPRS Class 10
1.3 megapixel camera
262.000 TFT colour display (240x320 pixel)
JAVA
3D gaming engine from Mascot Capsule
MemoryStick Duo
Bluetooth
IrDA
MP3 player
7 hour talktime
12.5 days standby time
The Sony Ericsson S700 will be available in Q4 2004

I truly believe this phone will be revolutionary.
Imagine the games that could be played with the Morphus 3D engine, If they make the OS powerful enough you could use a Bluetooth GPS device to use your cellphone for GPS Navigation.
A high resolution (comparetively) camera built-in.
And its so F!JCK3|\| SWEET (gotta love the sliding feature)

The S700 is definitely quite superb.
BTW, the 3D engine is also present on the K700.
