If it is a 6133 T-Mobile USA and you still have service with them and have been with them for 90 days or more, call them and request an unlock code, (tell them you are traveling) they should e-mail you the unlock code in 3-5 days.

IN reference to one of the ancient posts in this thread, you cannot unlock an i50sx and use it for TMobile or Cingular, as it is a Nextel phone, and although it uses sim cards, it does not use the same signal.
In reference to all those looking for unlock codes for Nokias, there is a site, I don't remember which it is, that will unlock for $5.
