well blow your simcard DO NOT WET IT and if it dont work blow the cable and leave it out for a few mins and if it still dont work take it back

My cable, when I connect it my phone just makes a beep beep sound
& Im told this indicates there is a problem with the cable so if yours
does anything like this I would take the cable back & swap it for a
working one.

bad work...very bad work..
i'm from bulgaria..i just can't take back the cable because I bought it from Germany...I'm just smashed now...what i have to do...I have the cd with some drivers but i can't install it..f...k...

...it is not problem that there is not driver, because windows have driver, but it is problem that windows give attention that this driver (own by windows) does not properly work.
i had instal windows driver and it seems all fine, but when i connect digital cam there is not responce! this means that windows driver stay at the exit and blocked all other things.

only if you want work in that regime, you must change ports on your software, not a speed!
but problem is still as i mentioned in my previous post... closing connections for products which you want add after instal that driver which is offer by windows!

i found drivers for samsung sgh e-700 those ones are not from those mentioned links... and it works! 
and when you istall "easy studio" uuu what a nice thing...
