Hi
I have a Samsung E700 phone on a pay monthly contract with Orange. Ive tried to unlock with code *2767*688# and nothing happens it just stays on that screen as if it hasnt acknowledged it. Ive tried *2767*3855# and says somthing like EC2 RESET but when I put my o2 sim in it asks for the NETWORK LOCKED PASSWORD so I know that hasnt worked. Please help me I need the code to unlock this, Ive only just got the phone a week ago if that helps.

Did you do (*2767*688#) Without a Sim-Card!

YES I HAVE TOOK THE SIM CARD OUT AND PUT THE PHONE ON AND TRIED IT AND STILL NOTHING!

Buy a cable and unlock it by software or call your sp and ask them the code.

incidentally i tried this code with my sim still in and it worked just fine

Does this code 'wipe' your phone details, ie contacts, images, etc ?

I have just unlocked my E700 with the following code
#*7337#
obviously had to take out sim and remeber to turn the phone back on
i now have an unlocked E700 which works on all my networks, including,
orange, voda, and virgin and it doesnt reset your phone, just the eeprom
i still have all my pics and ringtones..

will this code work with an o2 pay as you card (the one where you get 300 texts amonth) if the phone is currently a T-Mobile phone?
