This is weird. I have an MP3 that I deleted off my 3300 the other day. Yesturday when I was playing MP3s on my 3300 the MP3 played. I figured I hadn't deleted it. So today I checked saw it wasn't listed on the card (thru XP explorer). I deleted every sound file on the card just in case it was the same MP3 with a different name. Later I uploaded some MP3's played them and that same MP3 was there! But it's not listed on the card!! It's always the first track. Weird. anyone else have this problem?

You may be right. I was listening to the radio on my 3300 when the volume started to climb up as I was turning the phone down. I had it down to the lowest volume setting and it was blasting in my ears!!! I think this phone might be heading to the RMA center.

The Radio volume issues are usually when you haven't turned the MP3 player off completely.
When the MP3 is just paused the radio uses the previous MP3 volume setting.
Make sure you stop the MP3 & then use the side button & press switch music off.
That should fix you up.
