I was installing my phone and towards the end it just stopped and said "please install phone" can any1 help

hi all
this thread is creating more questions than answers
anyway moto,com dosent work, and mot,com is not working either, so is there anywhere else i can get this software?
also i have an L6 (ooh flashy) if that makes any difference

Don't endorse piracy, unless its a program only available to dealers like PST haha, but seriously buy MPT it will only help motorola make more money and design new products.
