And... also, it is another way .... the hard way ... Download those two files:
ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/labwindows/cvi/runtime/7.0/win32/cvirte70.zip
http://www.o45m.ru/program/p35init.zip
Unpack them and install first cvirte70 and after that p35init.
Restart your computer.
Download again or unpack the arhive that I provided you earlier. Copy "CVIRTE" folder and cvirte.dll file to C:\Windows\System32 . A dialog will appear for overiting files. Click yes.
That is all.

My data cable has been broken ...  I cannot test anything ... I wait today a new one .... Until the I will try to reach a solution for you on the net ...

What does a dumper do?
Just think in terms of a CD-R/RW concept.
Flasher burns CD(put firmware to the phone)
Dumper reads CD Data(read firmware from the phone)
I got it working (not on the phone till i get back to work tomorrow, Let you guys know)

I downloaded the dumper and extract it into a directory using it's default directory name(specific in the zip file)
I extract the install.rar into the directory above,, so it shows like below
Dumper_v3_3\ contains all the files from first download
Dumper_v3_3\ contains the 2nd downloaded files, where...
crvite.dll and a .uir with some text files in these root with a
Dumper_v3_3\CRIVTE\... with bin and font directory within it.
and it works without even putting them in windows/system32
I am using windows xp professional.
