I am thinking to get a X600 soon and I need to know if I can transfer photos taken with the camera to my PC using the IR port or if I need to buy a data cable. If I need a data cable anyone knows where can I get one on the internet as samsung data cables are rather difficult to find?

Does this mean that I can not use the IR port to transfer photos to my PC? I don't live in the UK, so I can't order from that site, any other suggestions?

yeh u can use the IR port, and IR recievers and transmitters for a PC are very easy to find. However, if u want to upgrade your firmware on your phone in the future, you will need a data cable.

As for finding a cable outside of the UK, i have no idea, try searching the product code in google or something

I have read a review on the X600 and it claims that you can NOT use the IR port to transfer photos to a PC. Could someone that actually owns a X600 and has tried this to clarify?
