Hi, I have a motorola t720i and want to know if their is a site, that I can download a song as my ringtone. I noticed a lady with Beyonce's me myself and I as a ringtone. The actual song with her singing.

You're talking about TrueTones (so called by Nokia, but I think there is no other name) and the T720i doesn't supports TrueTones and you're in the wrong forum.

truetones? are they midi polyphonic or mp3 or what?

A truetone can be wav, amr, mp3... whatever the phone supports.
Midi are not truetones. They are mono or polyphonic. That's all.
