Im kinda pissed and this is why... When I purchased the Sony Ericsson T68i, I bought it for a few reasons: bluetooth, sync,...all that s***, and recently (I belive it began when Cingular bought At&t) the reception became horendous, I dont know if it's because they were switching gsm's or what but the t68i's reception went to sh**s! Now they sent us a "free t226" to try to kiss our ass's, and this phone is crap compared to the T68i. The only good thing about this phone is more colors and polyofonic ring tones! Their screwing us over! Either we go with the the better phone that has bluetooth, sync, ...(T68i) and have NO reception or we go with the crappier phone (T226) and have good reception! Im a loyal At&t customer but this sh** is crap, sh** I paid $100 (with rebates) when the T68i came out, at least give us a phone of equal comparison like the T616, not a phone you get for free when joining! I feel like their forcing us to go with the T226 because a cell phones main purpose is to make calls, which the T68i cant make or recive anymore!

first off Cingular has not bought out att they put a bid in for Att and won the bid but the sale has to go thru government and DOJ before cingular can pay for ATT and that will not be final till next year, also the reason Att is turning on the Markets that are 850mgz by law they had to turn on these towers for customers the t68 does no have the 850 mhz in it so ask att to upgrade to the t610 so just for final note for the buy out please find out all info before making a general statement about cingular jerking att customers is is all ATT not Cingular.
