Whenever I try to load the program up, it comes up with a warning saying 'Unable to initialize Jet/DAO db engine.' Does anyone know how to sort this out? Or if there's a better program to use?
Cheers

Hi, I had the same. I followed a link that took me to the Samsung site for the uk, download the software from there and re-install. This should be able to fix the problem

Which cable? PCB133LBE? PCB093LBE? PCB037DBE? You can find the S/N on the cable.
