I would love to share my findings in my effort to get chinese input onto e700 series.
Had 2 E700x rippped them out with a twisterbox, put them back onto a E700, can get input but no sound, then I realize that hardware E700A and E708 which had chinese input had a different hardware as the other 2 E700 I had, (one red labeled as E708, but hardware rev is E700 3.14, same as other blue one aust model).

PS. maybe there is something wrong with my twister box? but I reflashed the phones back to their suitable firmware, and they had sound but no chinese input.

Don that firmwares only have spanish in menu mode, not on dictionary sms.
other thing: i update my phone wiht E70XAXB1 : Fri Feb ?? MOD!!??? 2004 and i don't see any changes, only add one more page on menu (9) wiht info of my service provider. and i see now on frontal lcd a [G]... i don't know what it is

E70XAXB1 : Fri Feb ?? MOD!!??? 2004 is a MOD of something which i don't know of what. The G means GPRS. Some off them have spanish as dictionairy you have to select the language in the sms's option. Its calles Espaņol. Upgrade to the latest E700 firmware listed on top.

I want to put chinese version of firmware into my V200 phone. which version should I use?
I can only find both V20BODA1 and V20XEWC2. can someone told me what languages these two support? if they don't support chinese where can I download one that support it?

I'm new in this forum, and also new in all these themes.... I have the same problem as Markitch. My phone dont have the spanish input. I have downloaded E70BBDA2.zip file which I think is the updated soft with the spanish input, but how do I to introduce on my phone?
