msjazz79,
Did this question get resolved?
As I am trying to do the same using my Motorola V551 on T-Mobile. My ISP is different (Phonoscope) but the concept is the same).
I would like to check that I have the settings correct. I get the message, "Cannot Connect Setup is incomplete".
Thanks,
Ben

Yes,
I managed to get connected to Phonoscope using my Motorola V551. Seems to work fine. If you like, I can send you the details?
Regards,
Ben
