Got the N6230 yesterday and hooked it up with the computer using IRDA. Its absolutly mind blowing. I have used a t610 and a samsung e700 in the last few months. The 6230 is the best, though the samsung has a better camera feature and screen. But the samsung has soooooo many other problems that i got rid of it in 15 days. The t610 is much much better and easier to use.
I have one question, I am not able to delete wallpapers after installing them on the phone under images. Is there something I can do? |
This is one of the glitches in the 6230...U cannot delete the files transfferred or pic taken frm cam at the time u have taken or transferred them....However all u have 2 do is toswitch the phone off and back on....then u can delete the files and the pics.

hi guys...well the 6230 is a great phone and after using it for the last few days i must say it is impressive...well abhista i got over the problem by switching off the phone and restarting...once this is done it can delete...anywyas i surely must say that this is the best nokia phone yet...i would rate it evn higher than the 6600 and the 3660 (which were my other options)

sorry abhishta... no gprs as of yet. im looking at the possibility of getting that.
and yeah... the 6230 is a great phone. i convinced my sis to buy that. nice. and she bought it from a priority dealer. price = 19.5K. ORIGINAL!!!! but she will have to wait for 2 days for delivery of phone. he had a grey market one available for immediate sale. but that was at 21.5K. no bill. no warranty.
have you heard its loudspeaker? its superb. crystal clear. you can set mp3s as ringtones. bluetooth. irda. mp3 & video player. i would have switched to that phone immediately if it were running on symbian.
