I just got off the fone off my dealer(Alfa in mumbai), and yes he has the 6230.
However the price is abt Rs. 27,000!!!!!!!!!! (Too much heh)(Only a limited pieces)
Now, im thinkin a P800 would be cheaper.

27,000 Rs. = 508,74 Euro
Heavy price... cheapest here in Germany is 399. And with a new contract I saw it around 69 Euro

yea i no. But i think it'll last only a few days. Till the official "Indian" version comes out.
Then the prices will drop.

Hey, this news is a week old.
@abhishta
I had sent a MMS as well as a SMS to u. Don't u remember?
BTW, is this a mass production model or a pre production one like I had obtained?
The latest buzzword is that prices are gonna drop to under 25k next week when the new batch comes to town.

I replied to ur sms then itself.
Its a mass production piece as i've been told.
Apparently, an earlier(exclusive) batch had come too, the pre-production ones, similar to the ones u saw.
Still 25k aint good man. Too costly even then.
I'd rather buy a P800

Hey guys,
Got the N6230 yesterday and hooked it up with the computer using IRDA. Its absolutly mind blowing. I have used a t610 and a samsung e700 in the last few months. The 6230 is the best, though the samsung has a better camera feature and screen. But the samsung has soooooo many other problems that i got rid of it in 15 days. The t610 is much much better and easier to use.
I have one question, I am not able to delete wallpapers after installing them on the phone under images. Is there something I can do?
