Hi I am new to this site.

I have a question. I signed up for T - Mobile and bought a Samsung x105 with WAP built in it. This is my first color phone with WAP features.

Does it cost money to use the WAP?

ohh btw, i havnt signed up for the $4.99 service thing

T-Mobile recently changed the format of their WAP browsing over to RICH Communications. Without paying the $4.99, you will only get access to their download zone. It won't cost you to browse this area, but you won't get all the features t-zones has to offer. (i.e email, mapquest and wap browsing) You can only download from t-mobile. I would recommend trying it out for one month. It's only five dollars and you can take it off whenever you want to without contract penalty.

Hey Sorry about being out for the last couple of days. I'm pretty sure they will charge you by the amount of data. I'm not sure bc my dealer line has 10MB of data and I haven't used a regular consumer line without t-zones. I know they used to charge you by the MB if you didn't sign up, but that was before they changed over to RICH communications. You should call customer service to double check it. Good Luck and let me know if you need anything else. PCW2

As pc stated everyone now has free access to tzones but you dont get all the options unless you pay the 4.99 than you get the full tzones wap deck, however with the free service it does NOT cost anything to browse other wap sites....as of now tmobile isnt charging.

Hey, i got a question as well. I am a current Tmobile pre-pay customer. Someone said that there is a way for me to access TZones as i have a Samsung V205. But i would believe i would need a contract thingy to access. I was wondering if it was tru or not. I went to a tmobile store and they said i got approved for a 29.99 plan, ofcourse for $5 i would add that on. Any ideas, opinions?
