just use the ones which are listed when u start up (it works with me though)
i tried the dumper, but @ 59 % of dumping the NAND i get a error: 'Unknown NAND dump error'.
Is there anything that can solve this?

Greetings.
Please, could someone explain how and with which software I can use this 16MB backup in .txt format?
With downloader 3.3?
Do I have to rename it to .bin, or to open it as .txt?
Thanks in advance,
Nenad, GSM electronic

This is probably a stupid question.
I have downloaded my firmware using Dumper 1.8 in txt format and i know it needs to be in .bin but how do i rename it. I right click on the file and change it to .bin but it still comes up as a txt file?

If your using XP then you need to click on folder options and tell it not to hide known extension.
all you have done is renamed it...dump.bin.txt.
Once this option is turned off you can rename it to .bin
