Oke i found the problem:
I get blue screen @ backing-up my fireware for E710 at the end @ 100% when he wants to save.
Problem is the: ser2pl.sys(USB to SERIAL), thats also the what the blue screen displays.
I have search at google.com and i found out that more people has the same problem with the usb datacable (i use MA-8220). One guy said that the ser2pl.sys is not compatible with Win2k and XP because he tried it on both OS. I also tried it on Win2k server and XP Pro.
I hope that someone can help me please.

I am referring to the USB cable for the E715 from daydeal.com. Here is the USB Cable link that I am talking about http://www.daydeal.com/sams300/usbdatacable.htm
This solution may be for you if 1) you have outdated drivers included on the CD that came with the USB Cable OR 2) you have the cable, but don't have the drivers.
With the drivers included, flashing and using EasyGPRS was not a problem. However, backing up the firmware from the E715 caused a blue screen of death (BSOD) / reboot. If you look at the blue screen before the reboot, it states that there is a conflict with the ser2pl.sys driver, which caused the bsod.
Prolific is the name of the company which makes the drivers. I downloaded the updated USB to Serial Driver, which can be found here at their homepage, http://tech.prolific.com.tw/visitor/v_welcome.asp OR at the direct link here: http://tech.prolific.com.tw/visitor/fcabdl.asp?fid=29457078
I downloaded the wd_pl-2303.zip. It worked for me. However there are several other drivers, of which I never tried.
To get to what I'm talking about from the homepage:
From the homepage, click the Download tab on the left hand side. There is a drop down list near the bottom of the page next to "select a file category." I chose "Drivers for Windows" Click Go next to "Browse Files:" The drivers I am referring to are under the category "PL-2303 USB to Serial Bridge Controller." Again, I download the file called wd_pl-2303.zip, and it worked, so you can try that.
Just install and reboot. I'm not sure but you may have to unplug the USB cable, wait, then plug it back in. For reference I used Optiflash 3.6.0.5.
