I have an unlocked LG M4410 and the MMS and web browsing works perfectly with Cingular.
I cannot put in the setting because this site won't let me post the URLs necessary for it to work. So email me if you'd like to know that right settings.

It's letting me post now since I have posted now. So here's the directions:
If you select the browser from the main window, then settings, profiles, you can them add or rename one of them to Cingular. Then go into those settings, set the homepage to http://device.home then go back to bearer and select GPRS. Go back to GPRS settings and set APN to wap.cingular, the User ID to WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM, and Password to CINGULAR1. Then go back to Proxy settings and turn the proxy on, set the IP address to 66.209.11.32, and make the port number 80. Then go back again and select DNS setting. Make the primary server 209.183.48.250 and the secondary 209.183.48.251. That will get your internet working.
Then on the main menu select Messages. Then select settings, then multimedia mesage, then network settings, again network settings, an then settings. from there set the homepage to http://mmsc.cingular.com and make the bearer GPRS. Then make the GPRS settings, Proxy, and DNS settings the same as above.
That's it. All should work after that.

I bought a Motorola RAZR Maxx V6 unlocked from Sears of all places. I have a Go Phone Pick Your Plan account with AT & T, formerly Cingular.
The prob with the phone is that it was configured for HONG KONG! I know nothing about fixing that, but I just changed all the Hong Kong numbers to the US numbers, like Cust. Svc. and stuff. But, I couldn't get on the internet. I searched forever and even used some of the instructions/directions that were suggested on this forum, to no avail! My husband is an IT guy and was helping me, but was at a brick wall as well.
Then I stumbled (through googling) upon a link to Motorola's website. On there you can go to the Operator Settings section and they will text the settings for your carrier and your country to you for WAP and it will install. I did that, they texted me and it installed on its own and now I have internet access. Since this is my first post, I am not allowed to put a link on here, but if you Google motorola operator settings. It will be like third in the list.
I really hope this helps some of you!
