the lens on my phone has a kinda coating on it that has started to peel off...... icon_cry.gif

Has anyone out there experienced the same thing? Is this normal or should i start FREAKING OUT!?!

Somebody please help icon_confused.gif

You dont mean the little plastic thing they put on it so it doesn't get scratched in transit?

If it is then just peel it off. I wouldn't have thought it'd be a problem with the lens, as the plastic in that wouldn't 'peel', it'd just crack or smash or fall out or something.

its not a plastic thingy.....but rather a purpleish colored film on top of the lens and every time i clean the lens wit a soft cloth, it kinda peels so i was wonderin what that was all about???

Strange, I've not noticed any purplish films on mine!

The only time I've noticed it being a bit purpley is when the light hits it at certain angles and my grubby fingerprints show up.

Thats the same thing i'm talkin abt....the purpleish thing that u see is the film thats starting to peel off......and now the lens can be seen clearly....I thnk its a coating that comes with the phone and slowly starts to peel off....
