Neways,
U can upload mp3s using Bluetooth, Infra Red or a nokia DKU-2 cable.

The Nokia 6230 supports .mp3 music files and it has a music player that can play them.
They can also be set as ring tones.
Other formats like, AAC, WAV and MIDI are also supported.

i have conencted 6230 using Infra Red to my computer. what application should i use to upload mp3 to the mmc card?

Simple and easy:
Start > My Computer > Nokia Phone Browser > Nokia 6230 > Gallery > Memory Card
(Note: Memory Card might be something else, depends what u named it).
Then, just drag and drop onto that folder from ur PC!

You should buy a card reader. IR is too slow and takes too much time.

i can't find Memory Card there..
first, how do i check from the phone that the Memory Card is installed properly?

Shut down ur fone and take off the battery cover and remove the battery.
Along with the sim u shd also c a 32 mb nokia mmc there. If its not there, search in the box for an mmc pamphlet. Wen i bought my 3650, it came in a thin cardboard type stiff wrapping along with the manual box.
