hi got this irda cable and installed it but can;t get it to pick anything from the phone and easystudio isn;t recognising it? what should i do? i think all the drivers are good

ye thanx but the irda wont do anythin when i put the activated phone next 2 it

Is it a USB irda? If so try it in another hole.

no its not the hole cos it works fine with my girlfriends Nokia 7250i. my e700 sends business cards by infra red ok, i just can;t work out why it wont communicate with this port. any ideas?

I don't want to sound too depressing but I've been trying to get my phone to talk to my PC using the Infrared adaptor and Easy Manager for almost two months now but then again I'm the sort of guy that would drown in half an inch of water.

Hi I have the same problem, I have tried the virtual comm port and everything, but the irda just does not detect any activity. I dont even get IRDA as an option on easy studio. HELP ME PLEASE

Hi,
I have installed all the software and got the IR working. Only problem seems to be that it detects all other phones except my E70. Tried it with a few nokias and it does work. But it just does not detect the E700. HELP ME PLEASE.
