Its a hardware fault if you use your cam alot it will die after a while. Try to get it fixed under warranty.

my e700, when i press take photos it says 'preview error'

this one looks like a firmware problem ,flash your phone.

has this problem been sorted by anybody yet? if not have samsung realeased any statement type thing cos my local shop wont take it back without this type of thing

My sister had the same problem, she took to the Orange shop and they said she'd have to either send it away to be fixed or ring Orange to get a replacement.

Well i got the same thing only , No white screen..just preview error... i noticed if i take the battery of just for a couple of seconds, then put back on again and rush to the camera and take a photo it works.........but after 10 seconds back to camera preview error again!
its got to be the programing? what lead do i need to flash it and where...would the firmware be?
