Don, you say flashing the e715 down to a e710 gives it a video recorder? are u FRIKKIN FOR REALS? does it include sound? have u done it? is it worth it?
The flash on the e715 isnt pathetic! its the neatest feature that surpasses all other shotty camera fones. be glad it HAS one.

Has anyone in this forum flashed an e715 to an e710?
Is it worth it? (features lost/gained)
Thanks for any responses.
I just saw some other threads here and the e710 has a video recorder, but it doesnt look as pretty as the 715.
I live in the US, will flashing it change my carrier or software?
I have a canon s400 digital camera, so i can still use my camera for recording.

Some poeple like it some don't try it for your self its free and it can't harm your phone the only thing you'll have to pay for is the cable (PCB093LBE).

i have flashed my E715 to E710.MY DAD bought it for me from us its origonal firmware was t-mobile when i hear of e710 i flashed it.and i gain features
1:video recording+voice
2:get rid of t-mobile logo on start up and sht down
3:got grid style menu
4:it unlocked all wap+gprs+mms settings
U can also flash your phone to e710 if u r not in USA becaz there carriers uses 1900mhz freq
t-mobile E715=900/1900
unbranded E710=900/1800
SO u cannot use e710 firmware in usa
