Im a new user here so bare with me. I forgot the password i had on my e715, cause i was using a different phone for a while. Its a T-Mobile carrier so i just switch the sim card to any tmobile phone. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME, IF THERE IS A SPECIAL CODE OUT THERE I CAN JUST TYPE IN. I TRIED 00000000 AND 1234 AND EVERY POSSIBLE COMBINATION . T-MOBILE COSTUMER SERVICE IS TELLING ME TO SEND IT IN TO SAMSUNG BUT I DONT WANT TO DO THAT, I DONT WANT TO SPEND ANY MONEY ON THIS. PLEASE HELP
I have the same problem too! I'm currently on vacation and out of the country and am trying to figure out how to reset the password coz I forgot about it. Now I can't use my camera to take pics. PLEASE HELP ME GET OUT OF THIs MISERY! I still have 2 months left for vacation.

Exactly what password did you use to clear your phone and did u ever find out how to stop it from making that noise when it takes a pic

exactly what password to unlock your entire phone did you use. the #*media one didn't work for me, how are you supposed to type in the letters? anyway, could someone please post a code to disable an existing password. pleeeeeese.

Hi tried this out and at first I thought oh oh what did I just do. The phone froze then it restarted on its own with the sound etc. I had customize my display settings so when it restarted I realised it worked. Of course it meant I lost all my phone contacts which I can get back and all the pictures I took. I was able to reset my password as it had gone back to default. So I say follow the exact instructions and be patient.
