Im a new user here so bare with me. I forgot the password i had on my e715, cause i was using a different phone for a while. Its a T-Mobile carrier so i just switch the sim card to any tmobile phone. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME, IF THERE IS A SPECIAL CODE OUT THERE I CAN JUST TYPE IN. I TRIED 00000000 AND 1234 AND EVERY POSSIBLE COMBINATION . T-MOBILE COSTUMER SERVICE IS TELLING ME TO SEND IT IN TO SAMSUNG BUT I DONT WANT TO DO THAT, I DONT WANT TO SPEND ANY MONEY ON THIS. PLEASE HELP

Bring it to a service center near you maybe they'll do it for free. If you can proof that phone is yours.

I TOOK MY PHONE EVERYWHERE TO TRY TO GET IT DECODED AND THEY ALL TELL ME THE SAME THING, THAT I HAVE TO CALL T-MOBILE. AND WHEN I CALL T-MOBILE THEY TELL ME TO SEND IT IN TO SAMSUNG. IS THERE A CODE I CAN TYPE IN TO UNLOCK THIS HEADACHE. PLEASE HELP

The phone works fine, just when i take pictures i cant look at them in the folder it asks for a password. The same for listening to sounds and looking at images. I think it might be the phone, not the network. I was thinking about unlocking the phone and using a cingular sim card and then go into the password and remove it, but I dont think that would work, but maybe it will. Can u guys help me out with this. Or helping me unlock the phone step by step, or flashing it whatever that does. PLEASE HELP

be careful, it'll erase your settings, pictures and ringtones. think twice. the default password is supposed to be 00000000 (8 number zeros).

yep, including your phonebook in your PHONE (if you have). so you may wanna transfer them to SIM first. think twice.

oh, that media password didnt work so i just used the passwrd to reset my entire phone. There is only 1 more thing that is bothering me about the e715, when u take a picture there is always a sound it makes wether its on silent or loud this is really bothering me. if there is a password i could type to stop this please let me know. thanks.
