I am having problems saving Operator logo on my phone. The following are the events that happened.
1) Very first time I downloaded Operator Logo from a service. I was able to save it and it appeared as required.
2) I then changed the logo to the one created by me. But I didnt like it so I deleted the one created by me.
3) When I try to get a new Operator Logo my phone says "Saving Failed"
.
Well I am not sure where what went wrong ?
Could anybody tell me what could have been wrong from your experiences.
Thanks.

This might help:
Be sure to save the image in an existing folder or create a new one. Do NOT save it in the folder named Received as this (invisible) folder is emptied when you turn off your phone.

"?" will appear when your phone could not find the blanklogo which you have set as operator logo. (or when your blank logo is missing/ lost)

Right! And an example of when it can get lost is when you save it in the received folder (you can see this folder from within MobiMB). This happened to me after I restarted my phone

Is the problem is in my unit??

its the SIM card, newer sim cards have restrictions that cannot allow you to save an operator logo if you simply cannot change the logo through most common means possible, then it means you simply cant. Its the sim card...

My SIM-Card is a new one which has come with my new phones at february. And I've got no problems.
