I have a problem on my samsung e700.............. my ring tones dont work unless i go to "sounds settings" ......... "incomin calls"................ "ring volume" and set my volume to 4 Bars, then it works...........BUT anything lower 1 bar or 2 bar or 3 bar THEN my phone wont ring it just vibrates...... same goes if i put it to 5 bars.... it wont ring.
So which one of these codes would u use to fix it?
*2767*73738927# (resets phone, no msg displayed)
THAT 1??
Im not sure y it wont ring but could it be cos i use this code to turn off my camera sound??
*#8999*8378# --> Test mode
H/W test
Audio Settings
Melody Gain
Then replace 6 by 0, it'll show 12 but it's OK
Press back until main screen
Then press key volume to minimum and let's try !!! no more sound
PLZ HELP........... (and oh my calender sound doesnt ring either)

I want to turn the camera sound off on my E710 and have seen these codes posted to do it. But where do you enter the codes? Do you need special software? When you open the phone the only options are Vodafone Live and Contacts.
