The only way is to either borrow someone's laptop and transfer it through infrared, or buy an infrared port or data cable to transfer from your computer to your phone.

I have the same problem.
I'm using a laptop with an infrared and when I align my 7210 with it, the computer picks up the signal and displays the contact but the phone will not pick up the computers signal. I have tried sending wallpapers through using my computers infrared file sending software but the phone won't pick it up.
The laptop im using is an IBM Thinkpad
Any help?
Thanks.

Go to Nokia UK website and search for "PC Suite" use the image convertor in that piece of software together with the IR port and you can beam them over
