If the phone is dodgy then it falls into the category of NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE thus sending it back a third time should make no difference at all.
Does the phone work as it should apart from the battery problem you a suffering? and the odd crash?
Yes it works fine. I was looking at the display today when I was making a call and I noticed dial a number or call from my addressbook the name is cut off... My will display "calling....and part of the name or number" has this happend to anyone else?
