Going off of the format of the previous listed codes (*#9999#, *#87927#...etc...) I typed in *#4357# or *#help# and a screen poped up that allowed me to scroll through. Codes are (pls note I haven't yet tried them all)
Ver (9999) SW Version
Ver (8888) HW Version
Vib (0842) Vibrator
Buz (0289) Buzzer
Bat (0228) Battery Stat
Rtc (0782) RTC Display (???)
lcd (0523) LCD Contrast
err (0377) NVM error log (???)
logo (5646) GSM Logo set
sst (0778) Sim Serv. Table (???)
net (0638) SIM network ID
sim (0746) SIM info
pn (0076) Production No
dead (3323) Forced Crash (??? Don't know, but doesn't sound good)
bakn (2576) SIM error
Help (4357) This screen (the actual help screen)
Insert *# then code # and that application should pull up.
I don't know why some of the other codes already known don't come up.
I have a feeling this phone has a boat load of little secrets its keeping.
I hope this helps.
Anybody have any other codes they would care to share for the V205?

What does Buz (0289) Buzzer do?
thanks!

does anyone know how to make the caller ID show an actual picture for the person who is calling . Not just a ringtone????
And is it worth changing to V200 I was told not to. Anyone live in NY wants to do it for me
Thanks David

Try this one:
*#9998*533# (LED)
You can turn your front LED's on to what ever you choose - permanately (Meaning even when the flip is closed - you can turn them off again)!
This is getting to be fun...!

You can set it to show a picture by setting up groups. Go to Group Edit, set up your groups' ringtones, graphics, etc. After that, go to the phone book entry of the person and set up their caller group.
I'm in NY and want to flash my phone but do not have the cable.

Funny thing about the 'LED Activate' is that they forgot to update the menu for the appropriate color. Originally the Display Setting/Service Light menu colors were listed wrong now they just use the term 'Combination' so they dont have to worry what color comes out.
