I stumbled onto what I believe is a list of codes for the Samsung V205.
Going off of the format of the previous listed codes (*#9999#, *#87927#...etc...) I typed in *#4357# or *#help# and a screen poped up that allowed me to scroll through. Codes are (pls note I haven't yet tried them all)
*#9999# SW Version
*#8888# HW Version
*#0842# Vibrator
*#0289# Buzzer
*#0228# Battery Stat
*#0782# RTC Display (???)
*#0523# LCD Contrast
*#0377# NVM error log (???)
*#5646# GSM Logo set
*#0778# Sim Serv. Table (???)
*#0638# SIM network ID
*#0746# SIM info
*#0076# Production No
*#3323# Forced Crash (??? Don't know, but doesn't sound good)
*#2576# SIM error
*#4357# This screen (the actual help screen)
I don't know why some of the other codes already known don't come up.
I have a feeling this phone has a boat load of little secrets its keeping.
I hope this helps.
I'm not one to take credit for some one elses work, I found some more codes on another site that I stumbled onto. Here they are:
(Please note that these are for the V200, but some will work for V205)
* Some of these codes sound pretty serious and you should be certain to understand them prior to use*
*#9324# Netmon (press the hangup key to exit)
*#9998*JAVA# Edit GPRS/ CSD settings (S100 Only)
*#9998*Help# Help screen/ List of codes
*#9998*LOGO# Change operator Logo
*#9998*RTC# RTC Display
*#9998*Bat# Battery Status
*#9998*Buz# Turns Buzzer ON
*#9998*Vib# Turns Vibrator ON
*#9998*LCD# LCD Contrast
*#9998*9999# Softwre Version
*#9998*8888# Hardware Version
*#9998*377# NVM Error Log (?????)
*#9998*NET# SIM Network ID
*#9998*778# SIM Serv. Table
*#9998*SIM# SIM Info
*#9998*PN# Production No.
*#9998*968# Reminder Tune
*#9998*NVM# Displays Non-Volitile Memory Status
*#9999*C# ???????????????????
*#06# Displays phones IMEI No.
***/// NOTE /// ***
I would put the following codes in a RED COLOR if I could, they appear serious !!! Use at own risk
*#9998*2576# Forces SIM Error
*#9998*DEAD# Forces Phone Crash
*2767*MEDIA# Resets the medis on the phone (deletes all downloded pics/tones)
*2767*FULL# Resets the EEPRON *DANGEROUS*
*2767*CUST# Resets the Custom EEPRON
*2767*JAVA# Resets JAV downloads (deletes all downloaded midlits)
*2767*STACKRESET# Resets Stack
*2767*225RESET# ????????????????? * Dangerous *
*2767*WAP# Resets WAP Setting & Deletes Favorites
Hope these can help someone,
I've decided to include the codes for the V200 as many people appear to flash their V205 to V200 for the added features. I have yet to do mine.

Phone unlocked to all networks. Now insert Sim card and enjoy
On the v200 the phonebook/downloads erased, but my gprs/mms/wap settings remained. However there are a few poeple that say the Wap/GPRS settings are lost:(
I can confirm this definately works on Orange UK v200's tested mine with an O2 UK sim card today. and it's unlocked! |

Thank You, that was fun. I wasn't gutsy enough to try the Dangerous ones. Does anyone know how to get the "T Mobile" name off of the main screen and personalize it? Thanks in advanced.

Hello the codes below work aswell for the v200 and unlock from network (tested In UK Only so far)
NOTE you loose your phone settings, phonebook, downloads, and piccys. but backup using Easygprs or Easy Sync.

3 - System Reset
4 - Enable Sleep
5 - Prohibit Sleep
