Hi All
I have read through these forums as I am attempting to flash my X600. Don't get me wrong, the forums have been a great help, but I have run into one minor snag.
I am using Downloader 3.3 and whenever I click 'Start' and turn the phone on it says something similar to 'Error with program in external memory'.
I have read about this error before but have been unable to find a fix for it. My phones data cable works Easystudio and it is a serial conection.
If anyone could offer any help on this it would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

Not sure, I have not checked yet. Would that not be dangerous? Do I not need both files to do a proper flash or would just bin suffice?
Thanks.

If your phone still starts don't flash it.

Problem is my phone is branded with T-Mobile stuff and I'm on Orange. It works fine but I just want to flash it to a sim free firmware. Any ideas??

If you only want to make it simfree unlock it with This Tool. But if you still want to flash you'll have to take a risc to format nand and try again.
