Good luck finding that - best thing you can do is use directory assistance after you know the physical location of the C.O.

I think they're still headquartered in NJ somewhere, Bedminster maybe?

The verizonwireless site has a company information page where you can find the right name.

After that, directory assistance should be able to give you a number for the building.

Good luck getting through to the top guy.

Yes, VZW is correct. The above info is wrong.

But what's your beef with Verizon Wireless anyway? Make sure you don't do anything stupid because unlike most other carriers Verizon Wireless WILL RETALIATE BIG TIME!

If you try to take them to court or try to picket or force your way in to their building or some other stupid thing they will crush you like a bug.

If you're request is reasonable I assure you that your issue can be taken care of locally. Just visit a store or call customer service.

You can make in roads with corp. CEOs but it must be done right. Nice and polite. They do not like getting mail from customers with complaints. But I do suggest that you try local first. It is sometimes quicker.

The above info is wrong.

Verizon Wireless HQ
One Verizon Way
Basking Ridge, NJ 07920-1097

The Vice President of the company is VP Jim Gerace

I have a letter gone off to this individual in regards to problems I find with this company which violate the Fair Indian Traders Act of 1896 and the Fair Debt Collections Act as well.

Thus far I have not heard anything in return yet. Do hope that they clean up their act soon. IT could cost them a great deal if they do not deal with the issues at hand soon.
