What fone do use?if its 3650 you can connect the fone to the IrDa and right click on the file Send To-> A Near by Computer.Or you can download Nokia Pc Suite .

i am now usin the send to comp option but my friends told using pc suite it would more useful.................

what i suggues is try to reinstall the infrared and nokia 3650 software
1. remove infrared driver n nokia 3650 software (make sure all is clean out)
2.reboot ur pc
3.found new hardware(infrared), install the infrared driver!
4.insert ur n3650 software disc n run once again to install ur n3650 software!
5.reboot ur pc again
6.configure your Nokia Connection Manager (start>control panel)
Classic view = (find for Nokia Connection Manager)
Category view= (click Other Control Panel Options at the sidebar>Nokia connection
manager)
7.tick the connection types u wanna to connect ur phone to pc n jus hit ok button!
that's all !!!!!
try to connect ur phone to pc again at this time!
