Hey, im now having trouble flashing my E710. I have set up Optiflash as it says in the "Firmware and Flashers" thread, but i noticed my screen on the E710 didnt go white when i plugged the cable in, and when i try to backup the firmware, it says "Sorry an error occurred (ERR_FLASHTYPE)
what am i doing wrong?

There was 3.6.0.5 and now theris 3.6.0.6 with some extra things added you can download it at http://forums.mobiledia.com/topic4919.html

cheers, all worked great, backed up my FW, and then flashed XP icons over the voda ones, and replaced the voda live! logo on the main idle screen with a GPRS symbol!
