hi,
i jus got my new phone (nokia 3200) but need to accessorise it, how do u send stuff with iR, ?

Simple...connect the IR and the phone...and use the pc suite to transfer stuff

Ringtones and Wallpapers/Pictures can be send without any software to the phone, just send it via IrDA. For games and apps you still need the PC Suite or the like.

It came with the phone on the CD!

Midi-files and amr-files. amr-files best uploaded directly, for midi-files I would still use the ringtone editor which comes with the PC Suite. It can help alot.
