Hi, could any kind soul tell me where to get the software for converting mp3 to acc or awb files coz i can only play the mp3 songs on my Nokia 6600 using the mp3 player but i can't set the mp3 songs as ringtone unlike what the Nokia 6230 could. Can anyone help me on this?? Thanks.

Register at the forum (it's for free) and follow the steps.
Or you directly upload the mp3 via the Nokia PC Suite for Nokia 6600. While transfering the software will convert the mp3 into a wav-file which is half the size of the mp3. This wav-file can also be used as ringtone (and sounds alot better than awb)

Hi! I am VinojCarmel, You can definitely play the mp3 songs on your 6600 as ringtone. What you have to do is, first of all nokia 6600's software automatically converts your mp3 file to wav when you try to put the mp3 file in 6600 using your computer.You have to put the converted mp3 file in 6600's sound folder. In 6600 open menu, in menu open gallery, in gallery open sound clips then open digital sounds, in digital sounds you can view the mp3 files you updated. You can play the mp3 files as ringtones only if you put the mp3 files in digital sounds folder on 6600.

 i just have 1 dout.... were i can get mp3 player for nokia 6600  ,  i love linkin park and i want to listen theyr musics on my phone, plz tell me were i can get mp3 player( for free) if you want you can add me on msn
