There just the normal and all known codes which are used for every nokia phone.

not much of a secret nowadays:

- shows the software version
*#06#
- shows the IMEI number

There are other known codes, but they are useless and irrelevant.
OK, "Half Rate" and "Full Rate" for speech-quality may be interessting.
Full Rate:
On: *3370#
Off: #3370#
Half Rate
On : *4720#
Off : #4720#
And at you posted and soon deleted  url are no more for the 6610, only others and they are uninteressting.

What do these "Full rate" and "Half rate" codecs do  Save call cost?
Also, what's the default codec and how I restore it if I change

If you have read my post, you would know
It's setting up the speech-quality, which has something to do with the battery... high quality (full rate), high battery usage
You can restore it by deactivate it with the "off"-code
