You have any idea why it is not in the device manager window? That might be the problem.

Hi, I have a similar problem.
I recently brought a data celbe for my C100, I broung it a web site who said in an email they sent me that this cable would work with my c100
http://www.gostore.com.au/viewProduct.aspx?from=1&product_id=347 This is the cable I got, SDT100 - Serial Data Cable.
My easy GPRS programme dosen't reckonise it and says it's offline, I've trued all the coms and speeds
After emailing the website that I brought it off, they said that the trick to getting the cable to work, is to get the relevent softwear.
Do I need a driver for the cable to work?
Phone: SGH-C100
Windows ME
Easy GPRS 2.18

Is the version of easyGPRS specific to your phone model? Is PClink specific to your phone model. The samsung website has different downloads for each phone but does it actually matter?

Yes, EasyGPRS are for GSM phones and PCLink for CDMA phones.
