hi all, i downloaded the software and installed it ok. i have win xp SP1 with all current upgrades. so i click the short cut on my desk top and i get the error message:

'cannot open port and this program is switched in offline mode. After, try to switch in online.'

if i ok this i get:

'Unable to initialize DAO/Jet db engine'

if i ok this it just hangs with the loading pcs phonebook bar half complete.

any ideas?

obviously i have the pcb133LBE cable connected to the pc and mobile.

thx all
