Firstly, as my instructions state, use a pin to remove the stickers. Thie provides no dents and if you know where you are pointing the thing, no scratches. Also, if you can safely operate a screwdriver in the verticle mannor, you aren't going to scratch up your phone. You are most likely to break anything if you don't support the back of the phone while pushing down to remove/replace screws. Also, there were more than one screwdrivers listed to use. The screws are just coated, so it is very hard to remove them the first time. Besides, if you are unsure of your own ability (warning: watch someone do this before just trying it or at least get some pictures) most local shops that carry a replacement cover will be willing to simply remove the screw for you the first time if you ask nicely. (The local almost-legal cellphone accessory shop by me was more than willing to remove the screws, tell me what size driver, and even offer a few good places to get my own set) Either way, good luck
