If you use Windows XP or 2000:
You should try PC Suite 6.1

It's alot better than the old 5.** versions and much easier to install.
And: are you sure, you've got the original DKU-5 cable?

U mean the cable u get for using with the n-gage? That's only supported by the nokia audio manager i think. For regular pairing u'll need a bluetooth dongle.

Just a dumb question: did you install PC Suite on your C: drive? (where Windows is located)
Because PC Suite only work when installed on the C: drive (or wherever your Windows is installed on)

If still all this doesnt work, goto forum nokia and download the Nokia registry Cleaner.
After u uninstall the pc suite, run it and clear all registry entries.(use it carefully)
Then try installing it again.
If still that dont work, from the microsoft site download the Windows installer clean up. If its a failed installation, u'll see Nokia Connectivity SDK in the installer list. Select it and then remove it.
