I was trying to educate myself about cell phone related stuff since I got a job in a phone store, and this place seemed to have the most info...so i joined and was really impressed with the level of knowledge here. I've probably learned more here than in trainings!

Yeah...Google threw me here too. I've just joined, 1st impression - rather interesting - and a torment for my phone keypad...

I was researching phones on cnet.com and someone there had the link.
Now I'm wondering if my last post worked cause I searched and it wasn't there.

I use to use phonescoop to let customer's know about phone features. then cingular blocked it...along with almost everything else. so i found this. the cingular site give almost no info on the phones they sell. and i don't want to sound like an idiot when a customer asks me about a phone.
what's the deal anyway? i hear teletech has a fully functional internet cafe. i know telus does in BC...

I actually heard about this place from my boss at work. I'm working in a call center and NONE of our systems have any detailed info on any of our phones. So they lifted the Firewall restricting mobiledia.com.
note to the makers of mobiledia.com:
Dosent it make you all warm and fuzzy inside knowing that a major cell phone company is solely relying on your systems for accurate cell phone details? |
I am in your situtation. I work for a verizon wireless communication Store as a tech and they stopped blocking this site. I find it really funny.
