Hello,
I was confused in the beginning between Samsung E700 and Motorolla V600, ,but i got decided on the moto V600,
It looks is perfect, polyphonic ring tones are very well, 24 channels. And the iTap is amazing (it's a function like the T9 dictionnary in Nokia but even better, and more user friendly)
Now you are a nokia user, (like i was 2 days ago)I had the nokia 6610. You're going to find a small difficulty at first, because the arrows of the menu are the opposite, and it is a bit complicated, not that easy and simple as nokia... but nothing impossible.
The battery is not that durable (3days max for me)
Memory is good, but the message memory is a weakness.
In sum it is a really good phone, I encourage you to buy it.
Very classy look.
It's up to you now

Hi Zoe
Until 5 days ago I too had a 7210 and on an upgrade I decided to try out the Moto V600. I spent the first 2 days hating it, missing little things that I had got so used ot on my old phone. I was fortunate and can try my phone for 7 days with no penalty if I decide I don't like it. I have 2 days to go, but I don't think it'll be going back!
I love my new phone, and although there's nothing wrong with the 7210 I think I'd be hard pushed to go back. My BIL has the Samsung E700 and we spent a whole evening going through the differences, I have to say that in a lot of ways they are very similar. The Samsumg has a bigger front screen which is colour and also has some nifty photo effects, but it's not bluetooth and not MP3 compatible. The V600 has an ariel, the E700 doesn't.
I hope this has helped you Zoe. Perhaps go into several phone-shops and ask the assistants which one is the best. The assistants see all the new phones first and they will know which ones have had the problems etc.

PS The text messaging on the V600 is brilliant - IMHO much better than my Nokia 7210

I've had the V600 for about 2 weeks now, I used to own a nokia 3410 (the shame of it) and thus this was a big jump! and what a jump, I've had fun playing around with the wallpapers (even have my own one on there at the moment), mp3's and so forth. It's a fun phone that is so lovely. Texting was a bit strange but i've got used to it now, but the phone is so customisable, you can changed the screen icons and even the soft keys!
I've got a few friends who have the E700 and they look enviously at my V600! Also I changed from T-Mobile to O2, as they have an online deal for £25 a month for 500 mins any network off peak, 500 text messages (or 125 mms combo), 500 mins WAP and the phone is now free too! This suits me down to the ground, and if you need anytime mins, they do the same deal but with 200 mins anytime anynetwork etc...
Hint: upload mp3's (to use as ringtones), wallpapers, games etc: Upload the files onto a website and then go to the browser (Settings > Web Access > Go To URL) and typing in the address of the file and it downloads it for free. My O2 web settings are set to WAP and while not ultra speedy its great as it's free (within my 500 min limit anyway)!

There are a lot more than the 710, 840 etc...
Head over to http://www.gsmarena.com and you'll see there are loads more!
Typically us in the UK are about the last to get them!
The V600 has been around since Oct 2003 apparently...
