OK, a few days ago we had a discussion here about poly-ringtones and how it is about the correct vibration (like the pre-intstalled one of nokia).
We had all the opinion, that no others can do this at home.
But now I've found a website with 6 ringtones with the correct (or nearly correct) vibration... Now I'm completly confused... somebody know about making them? We're all interessted in

I missed the previous discussion, but if you mean the phone vibrating according to the beats in the song, that's really simple to do. One of the instruments (I think #125, Telephone) instead of playing back a sound, actually activates the vibration motor.
You can see (hear) this effect clearly if you transfer the standard ringtones to your PC and play it with a MIDI device that supports all instruments. Anywhere the phone is supposed to vibrate the phone instrument ("ring ring") will play.

I worte that guy an eMail... I got response today (I'm surprised )
He says, it's very hard so set the vibration.
You've got to open an existing ringtone with vibration wit a midi sequenzer and copy the vibration-layer and insert it in an midi without vibration. Than you've got to set the timecode to zero for all and start making this vibration-layer working by copying notes from other layers. And that seems to be very tricky.
There is an Yahoo-Group, which make such tones, but they are professionals and they don't accept "ringtone-hunters"

If you can examine nokia pre-installed ringtones by nokia sound converter (pc suite 5.x) you can see that all of them include a sound fx instrument (channel 16) which is playing a phone ringing tone on PC and a vibration on Nokia phones..

I'd like to start by saying i havent read what was said in the discussions which JamesLast mentions. Also, sorry FRic but you are wrong about #125 Telephone being what makes the phone to viabrate, it could be, but I dont know because I havent tried it. JamesLast... tell the guy who sent you that email that it isn't very hard at all to get your midis to vibrate, theres no need for all that fancy wording with layers and stuff.
So what Im getting at here is that there IS a program that allows you to add vibrate to your midis. Once you have opened the midi, you can set vibrate to any of the channels in that midi, so whenever it plays in the ringtone.... your phone will vibrate. Its as easy and that.
The program your after is called ' MMSguru's MIDIscale '. It is very easy to use and its only about 1.5meg in size.

Fine... but before you've started put anybody down, you may first had take a look on the date, when this discussion started. That was May 27th.
That time, it was hard to get poly with vibra.
