Hmmm maybe E71* do not support uploading by IrDA but i know that my E700 does as atm i dont have the cable and i used IrDA to do all the downloadin/uploadin

I wanted to know this aswell as e700 can send phonebook to another phone and i think there should be something to enable sending pictures

how? i mean how is that your options for uploading are availiable and mine aren't? it is connected. it recognises the phonebook etc. on the phone. but i don't know why i can't upload.

Try uploading images to the Images folder not the My Photos. Make sure the pictures are right size (dont really matter) and the right type (JPG, BMP or GIF). With ringtones... make sure they are either mid or mmf files and you uploading the to My Sounds folder on the phone. I would recommend using easystudio... not sure if there is anything else that works with E7**
