I was able to get my Nokia 6820 connected using the following settings:
GPRS Service settings:
Home Page: http://wap.myvoicestream.com
Proxies: Enable
Primary Proxy: 216.155.165.050
Proxy Port: 8080
Secondary Proxy: blank
Secondary Proxy port: blank
Data Bearer: GPRS
Bearer Settings:
GPRS Access Point: wap.voicestream.com
Authentication Type: Normal
Login Type: Automatic
User Name: blank
Password: blank
For MMS:
Homepage: http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
Proxies: Enable
Primary Proxie: 216.155.165.050
Proxy Port: 8080
Secondary Proxy: blank
Secondary port: blank
Data Bearer: GPRS
Bearer Settings:
GPRS Access point: blank
Authentication type: normal
Username: blank
Password: blank

I have all of these settings in, but my phone still tells me 'GPRS connection not available'.
It's a 6820 AT&T unlocked currently working for voice and text messages on T-Mobile. MMS and GPRS fail every time...
Someone help, please...

I still can't use AIM with mine--tzones works and all, but I can't access AIM through TZones, nor can I access it through the built in app.
Trust me, I'm getting thoroughly annoyed, and I'm about to send my old 6800 in for warranty repairs so I can use that again.

Let me test this here to make CERTAIN my tzones is working correctly

I still can't get the thing to work at all.. There's gotta be additional settings that i'm not seeing in the services and message settings windows. Is there an ip address or something I need to change from AT&T? Firmware issue?
